Ebb and Flow is a piano piece in 5 movements, inspired by the Merchant Navy's role in WW2. I read through a huge number of compelling interviews with veterans, from which 5 common themes seemed to emerge; these became the 5 movements of the piece. Ebb and Flow is dedicated to these naval heroes, and I hope the music goes some way towards honouring them.

This EP comes almost exactly a year after the release of my debut album, Red Handed.
